Ferrara Fitness is a sports performance company that builds high level, personalized, remote & in-person training programs to help you accomplish your training goals. Since 2011, we have worked with 1000's of clients in the HS, Collegiate & Professional ranks, including 2 Olympians, helping achieve their performance goals.


ABOUT FERRARA FITNESS

Ferrara Fitness was started after owner, Keith Ferrara, suffered a life threatening injury, while playing Division 1 collegiate football. Although his personal career had ended, he decided to dedicate his career to helping clients achieve their goals.Keith has 12+ years in the fitness industry, working 3+ years with United States Tennis Association. In his time at the USTA he worked with the top tennis players in the world, including two players that represented the USA in the Olympics.Keith, currently works at Adelphi University where has been for the last 8 years. In that time he has worked with teams that have captured 51 conference championships & players that received honors of the following: 110 all-Americans, 2 MLB draft picks, 3 MLL draft picks & multiple basketball contracts being signed overseas.

LIFTS

Total body lifting is the key to developing the strength necessary to stay healthy, prepare tendons & ligaments for high impact activity & aid in acceleration development with lower & upper body exercises.

JUMPS

Want to jump higher? YOU HAVE TO JUMP. But simply jumping isn't good enough. We will provide for you a jumping program that will train all different planes of motion & improve you jumping.

SPRINTS

SPEED KILLS. Speed is at the foundation of all athletic success. Only way to improve speed is to sprint fast ALL YEAR LONG. We will provide you with wokrouts that will help improve accel as well as improve your top speed
